I served 32 years in the Bangladesh Navy, and throughout that journey, I spent a significant amount of time involved in construction-related work. I discovered a deep passion for this field—something that truly inspired and energized me beyond my core responsibilities as a Naval Officer.

When I founded this company, my vision was clear: to build a business that blends innovation, quality, and integrity into every project we undertake. HET was born from a genuine passion for design and construction, and from the belief that the spaces we create can profoundly influence the lives of the people who use them. From the very beginning, our mission has been to design and build environments that inspire, enrich, and elevate everyday living.

At HET, we don’t just build structures—we build trust, relationships, and long-term value. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the wide variety of projects we’ve successfully completed, from private homes to large commercial, industrial, and naval developments. Each project is a testament to our team’s craftsmanship, dedication, and meticulous attention to detail. We take pride in consistently delivering results that surpass expectations while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

As we continue to grow, we remain focused on the future—embracing cutting-edge technologies, adopting sustainable practices, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in modern design and construction. Our team is our greatest strength, and together, we are devoted to achieving outstanding outcomes for our clients.
